Helen Sadique
Pilates Instructor
I have been in the Fitness Industry for over 16 years, I particularly enjoy knowing that I have made an improvement in a person’s daily life. I specialise in Exercise referral and Cardiac Rehabilitation using this knowledge to make Pilates sessions suitable for everyone. In 2005 following the birth of my first daughter I suffered with a trapped nerve in my back, after treatment from Justine Munur and participating in Pilates classes I made a great improvement. I decided to complete the Pilates qualification and help others in the same situation that I was in having the advantage of knowing the pain that sciatica can cause. I plan my Pilates classes to be relaxing, yet challenge the core muscles to improve posture and strength.  Pilates can be achieved in standing, sitting or lying down so please do not feel that you have to be able to get down on the floor to attend a class, come along and try.

Dee Cracknell

Massage Therapist

Dee has had an interesting career working with a diverse collection of people over the past 40 years. She has formed deep relationships with nearly all of the people she has met and she has used this connection to tune into how people are feeling. She has a strong intuition into what is needed and has gone on to develop this skill further by training to be a Massage Therapist.

Dee is a qualified Swedish Massage Therapist offering Back, Full Body, Deep Tissue or relaxing massages and she will concentrate on areas that are causing you problems. She also specialises in pregnancy massage working therapeutically and holistically, healing the body, mind and soul.

You will leave feeling not only that your body is healed but your mind and soul are also calm and stress free. Using oils to suit your body type, an aromatherapy diffuser spritzing a mist of essential oils around the room and with relaxing music in the background all having a profound effect on both the emotions and the body, you will float out the room feeling totally refreshed.
