Sarvdeep Virk is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist. She works with a wide range of difficulties that people may present with such as depression, OCD, PTSD, general anxiety, health anxiety, panic attacks, phobias and agoraphobia. She also works with insomnia; difficulties falling asleep, staying asleep and early morning waking. As a counselling psychologist she can work with a range of interpersonal issues, so this may be relationship difficulties, family issues, work stress or other life stressors. It may be that you feel the need to talk through a particular issue or are having a difficult time in your life right now and need some support.
She has over ten years of experience in the NHS working with a range of difficulties and people from different backgrounds and ages.
Dr Jennifer Jackson is a British Psychological Society Chartered and HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years NHS experience. She holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Family Therapy. She is trained in using many different therapies for anxiety, depression, stress, work stress, burnout, OCD, relationship difficulties and many other of life's problems. She likes to work with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy as the core of sessions, but also draw from Narrative, Systemic, Compassion Focused and Mindfulness Based therapies - making each intervention person centred and tailored to the individual needs of each client.
