1-2pm Beginner/ Intermediate
Pilates Beginner Classes
This course is if you are new to Pilates or need a refresher. Over the sessions you will be taught the basic concepts and exercises. The class sizes are kept small so that more individual support and advice can be given. You are issued your own mat on the first session.
Intermediate Pilates Classes
For people who have completed the beginner course or who are experienced in Pilates. Group sizes are small and individual feedback and modification to exercises where required is given throughout.
Due to the small size classes, the beginner class courses are adaptable to meet the needs of pregnant and post-natal women. Helen will alter the positions depending on which stage of pregnancy. Postnatally, please wait till after your 8 week check up prior to booking on the classes.
